Biography

Ghyslain Tremblay was a Canadian actor and comedian, best known for his role as Monsieur Chevassus, le bourreau in the 2000 film "La veuve de Saint-Pierre." He had a long career in Quebec cinema, appearing in numerous films and television shows throughout the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s. After being diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, Tremblay passed away in 2020 at the age of 68, due to complications from COVID-19.
