Alan Pauls

Biography

Alan Pauls is a renowned Argentine writer and literary critic born in Buenos Aires in 1959. He studied literature at the University of Buenos Aires before pursuing a career in writing, experimenting with experimental works like "Wasabi" (1994) and a "History of" trilogy. His work has been adapted into film, including his own adaptation "El pasado" in 2007, and he has held visiting professorships at Princeton University and the University of Buenos Aires Faculty of Philosophy and Letters.
