Miguel Juan Sebastián Piñera Echenique, born December 1, 1949, was a Chilean businessman and politician who served as 34th and 36th president of Chile. He was democratically elected as the country's first conservative president since 1958 and was known for his leadership during the 2010 Chile earthquake and the rescue of 33 trapped miners.
