Valerii Chyhliaiev is a Ukrainian actor, theater, and film performer. Notable for his roles in "Treasure Island. Captain Flint's Map" and as the voice actor for various animated films, including Captain Vrung. A graduate of the Kiev State Institute of Theatrical Art, he has worked in theater, film, and voice-over, and is a member of the National Union of Cinematographers of Ukraine.
