Al Adamson

Biography

Al Adamson was a prolific director of B-grade horror films throughout the 1960s and 1970s, helming 33 feature films including cult classics like Psycho-A-Go-Go, Blood of Ghastly Horror, and Dracula vs. Frankenstein. The son of silent film veterans, he began directing at a young age and cast his wife, actress Regina Carrol, in many of his films. He later retired from filmmaking to pursue real estate before his 1995 murder.
