Marcus Giamatti is an American actor, musician, writer, and director known for his role as Peter Gray in the CBS drama series Judging Amy. A graduate of The Yale School of Drama, he received the Carole Dye Award for Excellence in Performance. Born on October 3, 1961, in New Haven, Connecticut, Giamatti is also the younger brother of actor Paul Giamatti.
