Julio Villarreal

Biography

Julio Villarreal was a Spanish actor who transitioned to Mexico and worked alongside notable stars such as María Félix and Cantinflas during the Golden Age of Mexican cinema. He also ventured into directing two films in the early 1930s. Born in Madrid to a family of theater actors, he moved extensively before settling in Mexico City in 1932.
