Jimmy Iovine is a music industry trailblazer and entrepreneur who co-founded Beats Electronics (Beats by Dre) with Dr. Dre in 2006. He also co-founded Interscope Records in 1990 and served as chairman and CEO of Interscope Geffen A&M until its sale to Apple in 2014. Iovine is a pioneer in education, having co-founded the USC Jimmy Iovine and Andre Young Academy for Arts, Technology, and the Business of Innovation in 2013.
