Ernie Adams was a versatile American performer who began his career in musical comedy on Broadway before forming the vaudeville team "Gilbert and Adams" with his wife Berdonna Gilbert. He appeared in over 400 films, often playing shady characters, and also had notable stage appearances, including Toot-Toot! (1918). Throughout his career, Adams demonstrated a talent for a range of roles.
