Gail Boggs is an American actress born on August 10, 1951. She gained recognition for her role as Louise Brown in the 1990 film Ghost. In the 1970s, Boggs collaborated with notable artists, including Todd Rundgren and Hall & Oates, and was a member of the band "The Striders." Her early career was marked by a desire to become a Broadway star, which she began pursuing in 1971 with a touring group in Australia.
