Biography

Jeff York was a tall, dark-haired actor who began his career in the late 1930s under various names. He gained notoriety for his roles in Disney classics such as Old Yeller and Savage Sam, as well as episodes of Davy Crockett, where he played the flamboyant keelboat operator Mike Fink opposite Fess Parker. York's notable performances also included Johnny Tremain and The Great Locomotive Chase.
