Biography

Raj Ghatak is a British actor of Bengali descent, known for his diverse roles on stage and screen. He has appeared in notable productions such as Andrew Lloyd Webber's Bollywood musical Bombay Dreams and Charlie Brooker's Channel 4 drama Dead Set. Ghatak won the Eastern Eye ACTA Award for Best Actor for his stage portrayal of Amir in The Kite Runner in 2018. He has also appeared in the BBC soap opera Doctors as Aashiq Sawney.
