Mathias Lauda is an Austrian racing driver born on January 30, 1981, to the late three-time Formula One world champion Niki Lauda and his first wife, Marlene Knaus. He won the 2017 FIA World Endurance Championship for Aston Martin Racing in the LMGTE Am category. Lauda's early career saw him debut in Formula Nissan 2000 at 21, moving through series like Formula VW, Spanish Formula Three, and GP2 Series before establishing himself in the World Endurance Championship.
