François Darbon

Biography

François Darbon was a French actor, director, and writer born in Paris on August 15, 1915. He began his theatrical experiences in Tunis in 1938 with an amateur company before joining the troupe Les Comédiens de la Roulotte in 1940. After reuniting with André Clavé after the war, Darbon worked alongside him until their company disbanded in 1952, and later continued a solo career. He passed away on July 9, 1998.
