Scott Kellerman Foley is an American actor and director, born on July 15, 1972, in Kansas City, Kansas. He is best known for his roles as Nick Blackburn on The Big Leap, Henry Goodwin on The Goodwin Games, and Jake Ballard on Scandal. In addition to acting, he has also written, produced, and directed the film Let's Kill Ward's Wife (2014).
