Juan José "Juanjo" Artero is a Spanish actor born on June 27, 1965, in Madrid. He is remembered for his iconic role as a teenager in the popular series Verano azul, which launched his acting career. His performance in the 2011 film No habrá paz para los malvados earned him a Goya Award nomination, and he later played the lead role of Charlie in the long-running series El comisario.
