Mathieu Carrière
Biography
Mathieu Carrière is a German actor born on August 2, 1950, in Hanover, Germany. He began his acting career at the age of 13 with Rolf Thiele's 1964 film Tonio Kröger and later played a main part in the 1966 German movie Der junge Törless. A director and writer himself, Carrière is also an advocate for the rights of fathers. He has appeared in over 250 films worldwide and continues to work in French cinema.
