Biography

William Guidara is an American restaurateur based in New York City, born on November 25, 1979. A Cornell University graduate, Guidara began his culinary career at Spago in Beverly Hills before joining Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group. He co-founded the Make It Nice hospitality group with chef Daniel Humm in 2011, which has since expanded to include Eleven Madison Park, NoMad New York, and other notable establishments.
