Thomas Budge was born in Melbourne, Victoria on March 15, 1982. He began his acting career with recurring roles in Australian television shows, including Neighbours and Shock Jock, before transitioning to film in the early 2000s, appearing in dramas such as Take Away and The Honourable Wally Norman.
