Scott Allan Norwood, born July 17, 1960, is a former professional football player. As Buffalo Bills placekicker from 1985 to 1991, Norwood led the league in scoring in 1988 and played in the team's first two Super Bowl appearances. However, he is most famously known for missing a game-winning field goal attempt at the end of Super Bowl XXV.
