Milo Sperber

Biography

Milo Sperber was a British actor, director, and writer born in Poland on March 20, 1911. He trained as a lawyer before joining Max Reinhardt's school, where he developed his acting skills alongside notable classmates like Martin Esslin. After fleeing Nazi Germany in 1939, Sperber became involved in anti-Nazi propaganda for the BBC and later appeared on stage and screen, including a memorable role as Mr. Grossman in Are You Being Served?.
