Biography

Henry O is a retired Chinese-American actor born on July 27, 1927, in Shanghai. Before moving to the US, he worked as a stage actor in China before transitioning to film work. During the Cultural Revolution, he was falsely accused and detained by the Chinese government; he later settled in San Francisco with his family to escape this ordeal.
