Tohru Emori

Biography

Tōru Emori is a Japanese actor and theater director born on January 25, 1944. He rose to fame with the play Ōmugiiri no chikin sūpu in 1964, before transitioning to film and television. Emori has appeared in over sixty films since 1965, including notable roles in "Kantoku · Banzai!" (2007) and "Tokyo Godfathers" (2003).
