Michael Clark

Biography

Michael Clark, born on May 29, 1962, in Aberdeen, Scotland, began traditional Scottish dancing at four and studied at the Royal Ballet School, where he received the Ursula Moreton Choreographic Award. He later joined Ballet Rambert, collaborating with choreographers Richard Alston and Karole Armitage, and went on to work with notable artists and musicians including Alexander McQueen, Leigh Bowery, and Wire.
