Biography

Tamara Tunie is an American actress and producer, best known for her roles as attorney Jessica Griffin on the CBS soap opera As the World Turns and medical examiner Melinda Warner in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. She has also appeared in films like Rising Sun, The Devil's Advocate, and Flight. A recipient of a Daytime Emmy Award nomination, Tunie continues to work in television, most recently playing Anita Dupree on Beyond the Gates.
