Biography

Aldo Valletti was a prolific Italian film actor born in Rome in 1930. He began his career with uncredited roles, making his first appearance on screen in 1956's "Poor, But Handsome." Valletti gained notoriety for his role as President Curval in Pier Paolo Pasolini's infamous 1975 film "Salò, or the 120 Days of Sodom," which he was cast for due to his generic on-screen presence. His final film appearance was in 1980's "Arrivano i gatti."
