Biography

Troy Byer is an American actress and filmmaker born on November 7, 1964, in New York City to African-American and Jewish parents. She began her career as a child actress on the ABC soap opera Dynasty, later transitioning to film roles such as Kelly in "Malevolent" (2002) and Tracy Shaw in "B*A*P*S" (1997). Byer has also ventured into screenwriting and directing, making her feature film debut with "Let's Talk About Sex" (1998), which she starred in.
