Biography

Rosalind Cash was an American singer and actress, best known for her role as Lisa in the 1971 science fiction cult classic The Omega Man alongside Charlton Heston. She also gained recognition for her portrayal of Mary Mae Ward on General Hospital from 1994 to 1995. A graduate of Atlantic City High School and City College of New York, Cash was an original member of the Negro Ensemble Company.
