John Mahon

Biography

John Patrick Mahon was an American actor born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, on February 3, 1938. He studied classical languages and English literature at the University of Scranton, but his acting career was marked by a polio diagnosis that left him paralyzed and without full use of his left arm. Despite this challenge, he appeared in notable films such as Armageddon, L.A. Confidential, and Zodiac before passing away on May 3, 2020.
