Biography

Maria Furtwängler-Burda is a German physician and television actress born on September 13, 1966, to architect Bernhard Furtwängler and actress Kathrin Ackermann. She began her acting career at seven with a role in the film "Goodbye with Mums" and later pursued medicine, graduating from the University of Montpellier and LMU Munich. After marrying billionaire publisher Hubert Burda in 1991, she continued to act in films like "Confessions of Felix Krull" and "100 Things".
