Olivier Mathot was a French actor and filmmaker born on June 22, 1924, in Paris. He began his career in film in 1944, initially appearing in roles alongside notable directors such as Gilles Grangier and Jean Dréville. In the 1970s and 1980s, he transitioned to European art cinema and exploitation films, collaborating with directors like Jess Franco and Michel Lemoine. Mathot passed away on December 27, 2011, in Vallauris, Alpes-Maritimes.
