Biography

James Campbell Elliott was a Scottish-born Australian actor born in Glasgow, Scotland on June 11, 1928, to John and Katherine Campbell. He emigrated to Australia in 1949, initially working in radio plays and dramas before landing notable roles in television soap opera Number 96 as Alf Sutcliffe opposite Elisabeth Kirkby, and appearing in films like Ned Kelly.
