Biography

Tommy Thomas is a Malaysian barrister and former Attorney General of Malaysia from 2018 to 2020. He was a trailblazer in Malaysian politics, being the first practising barrister to hold the position directly from the Malaysian Bar. As a pioneering figure, Thomas broke racial and religious barriers, holding the post after Malaysia's formation in 1963. He is known for his role in the 2023 film "Man on the Run".
