Howie Seago is an American actor and director born on December 15, 1953, in Tacoma, Washington. Raised in a family with a history of hearing loss, he developed his mimicking abilities as a child. He began his acting career in college with the National Theatre of the Deaf and has since appeared in notable films like "Beyond Silence" alongside Caroline Link.
