Alfred Schieske was a German actor born in Stuttgart on September 6, 1908, to a German father and French mother. He made his stage debut at the Staatstheater Stuttgart at 19 and went on to join the Berlin Staatstheater in 1940, working with Gustaf Gründgens. Schieske also appeared in notable films, including "Odette" in 1950, where he played the role of a camp commandant at Ravensbrück.
