David O'Neil is an Australian comedian, actor, and writer, known for his work in television and radio. As a Cub, Scout, and Rover, O'Neil developed his public speaking skills, which he later honed as a field officer for the Red Cross. He has also made a name for himself in the entertainment industry, appearing in the 2003 film "Take Away" as Mal the Butcher.
