Biography

Jeffrey Travis "Jeff" Abel, known by his stage name Excision, is a Canadian DJ and electronic dance music producer born on April 29, 1986. As the founder of Rottun Recordings and Subsidia Records, Excision has released annual "Shambhala" mix albums since 2007 and started his own music festival, Lost Lands, in 2017. He is also known for his tours with massive sound systems and innovative visual productions.
