Joop van Hulzen

Biography

Joop van Hulzen was a Dutch actor who made his debut in film at 22 years old in two 1920 productions. He went on to appear in notable Italian films such as "Roma città aperta" (1945) and "Cagliostro" (1949), cementing his reputation as a leading man. Van Hulzen continued to work in Italy until the late 1950s, before retiring from film and later appearing in television series and one final film.
