Laurence Rosenthal, born November 4, 1926, is an American composer, arranger, and conductor known for his work in theatre, television, film, and the concert hall. He composed iconic scores for films like "A Raisin in the Sun" and "The Miracle Worker," among others, and won seven Emmy Awards, including a Lifetime Achievement Award from the World Soundtrack Academy.
