Catlin Adams is a veteran actress and filmmaker born Nira Barab on October 11, 1950, in Los Angeles, California. She began her acting career at 14, studying with Lee Strasberg at the Actors Studio, and later became a founding member of The Groundlings improv comedy group. As an actor, she has appeared in notable films like "The Jazz Singer" and "The Jerk".
