Biography

Tanay Hemant Chheda is an Indian actor born on June 27, 1996, to Gujarati Jain roots in Mundra, Kutch. He rose to fame with critically acclaimed roles in Taare Zameen Par (2007) and Slumdog Millionaire (2008), earning a Screen Actors Guild Award for his performance in the latter. Chheda's early life took him to the Choate Rosemary Hall in Connecticut, where he currently resides in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
