Anne-Marie Philipe

Biography

Anne-Marie Philipe was born on December 21, 1954, in Boulogne-Billancourt to an artistic family, with her father Gérard Philipe being a film actor and director, and her mother Anne Philipe a writer, ethnologist, and editor. She is the eldest of two siblings and grew up in Paris before obtaining a scientific baccalaureate at 16. Her early life experiences have influenced her work as a comédienne and author of children's literature.
