Nikolay Kryuchkov

Biography

Nikolai Kryuchkov was a Soviet and Russian actor born on January 6, 1911, in Moscow to a working-class family. He became the most filmed actor in Soviet cinema after "Tractor Drivers" (1939) and won a Stalin Prize for his role, later earning recognition as a Merited Artist of the RSFSR and People's Artist of the USSR. Throughout his career, he appeared in over 130 films between 1932 and 1993, including notable roles in "Gusarskaya ballada" (1962) and "The Forty-First".
