Yevhen Papernyi is a Ukrainian actor and theatre artist born on September 3, 1950, in Nizhnyaya Tura, Sverdlovsk Oblast. He has been an acting member of the Kiev Theatre of Drama named after Lesya Ukrainka from 1972 to 1993 and again from 1995 to 1997. Papernyi was awarded National Artist of Ukraine in 1992 and received the Order of Merit for his contributions in 2020, among other honors.
