Pan Changjiang is a Chinese actor and director born in July 1957 in Dongning County, Heilongjiang. A member of an acting family, he trained at the Pingju Troupe before making his mark on television through recurring roles in skits and sitcoms, including appearances in CCTV's New Year's Gala.
