Biography

Kazuo Katō was a Japanese actor and voice actor born on January 1, 1928, in Tokyo. He began his career at the Literature Theatre Company and later joined the Kazurō Nozaki's group, eventually becoming a founding member of Kazurō's theatre troupe in 1976. Katō's versatility as an actor led to diverse roles in film and television, including dramas such as "The Black Battlefront Kidnappers" and notable performances like Baba in "Yajû shisubeshi: fukushû no mekanikku".
