Noriko Kohara is a Japanese gravure idol and actress born on March 22, 1988, in Nagano Prefecture. She won the 2005 Seikore competition at age 17 and has since appeared in several films, including Masato Tsujioka's award-winning "Divide" (2006) and Noboru Iguchi's cult gore film "The Machine Girl" (2008). Kohara has also starred in direct-to-video sequels such as "Shyness Machine Girl".
