Biography

Miyuki Ichijou, born Hiroko Chieda in 1949, began her career as a singer, training at Shochiku Music and Dance School. She transitioned to voice acting after being inspired by a puppetry segment on Okaasan to Issho. Ichijou gained recognition for her roles in anime dubs, including Julie the Wild Rose and The Simpsons, as well as hundreds of early childhood education recordings.
