She co-hosted the CBC Television series Une fenêtre dans ma tête with Yvan Ponton in 1976 and played a notable role as "The Chief" in the French-Canadian version of Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?. Martin was nominated for the Genie Award for Best Supporting Actress for her appearance in Jesus of Montreal.
