Biography

Alexander Carey Shrapnel was born on October 6, 1979, in London to actor John Shrapnel and Francesca Ann Bartley. He is the brother of director Tom Shrapnel and writer Joe Shrapnel, and the grandson of Academy Award-nominated actress Deborah Kerr. A graduate of the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, Shrapnel has appeared in notable roles such as Vaughn in "Marching Powder" (2025) and Billy Patterson in "Emulsion".
